John Morganelli Jr.

President and Co-Founder / Realtor®

John Morganelli Jr. is the Co-founder and President of Morganelli Properties. John earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Villanova University and his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University. John has also served his community by serving on the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation Board of Associates, City of Bethlehem Recreation Commission, the Bethlehem YMCA Advisory Board and the St. Anne’s School Enrollment and Marketing Committee.  

Prior to launching Morganelli Properties, John served in educational leadership positions at Moravian College, Lehigh University and Cornell University. John brings a wealth of management experience and a data driven, analytical approach to the Morganelli Properties Management Team.  

In his free time, John enjoys playing golf, playing basketball, spending time at the shore, and taking walks with his wife Carolyn and their dog named “Nova."
